We always pack your order as soon as possible and usually ship as follows:
If you order your item before 12.00 on a weekday, we will send your package the same day.
If you order your item after 12.00 on a weekday, we will send your package the day after.
In connection with promotions, the warehouse can be so busy that there will be a longer delivery time.
You will always be able to follow your package via the track & trace link you receive in connection with the confirmation of your order.
Should your order be delivered abroad, the delivery time depends on the chosen country.
We strive to have your goods within 1-2 working days of ordering.
Please bring your order confirmation in printed form or on your mobile phone when you pick up your item in the store.
All items you order on opharm are sent as parcel post with Correos and are fully insured during shipment. You will receive a track & trace link in an email in connection with the confirmation of your order. Via this link you can follow your item from shipment until it arrives at the place of delivery. A shipment can usually be tracked 12 hours after the tracking number is received. You can also contact Opharm Customer Service at info @ opharm.es if you have questions regarding delivery.
